I too am a small organisation with ambitions to grow. More staff means more computers, more travel etc. But by signing up it will make us more aware of our responsibilities to the climate and hopefully encourage us to grow in accordance with 10:10.

Possibly we just work out a per staff member policy - a kind of, join us but sign up to this and make people more personally responsible.
